This is bad AND fascist. We need an attorney familiar with the Ohio Constitution to weigh in on this. Because it sounds to me like they passed a law that goes against several rights we're guaranteed by our state via our Constitution. Who can help with this?
Brian Stewart IS a lawyer. He is also a state rep that blocks his constituents on social media to keep the optics that no one is calling them out and we all agree with them. If there’s a lawyer that would like to look into the unconstitutional blocking of constituents being a 1st amendment violation, let me know!
Ps. This is the same state rep that showed up at the scene of Moreno staffers DUI and tried to use his position to influence the scene. He offered to drive the offenders car home, don’t wouldn’t get impounded. All while co-sponsoring Liv’s Law, named after a DUI victim aimed to increase DUI penalties.
He also supported a bill to have genitalia inspections for kids sports.
Amen to that. If he did, he would know it’s a first amendment violation to block constituents. He would also know it is unconstitutional to block Ohioans from amending their constitution, and against the hippocratic oath and medical capabilities to re-implant ectopic pregnancies, but he supported that bill, too
Here’s the text, I don’t think I can share photos on this thread. At least I don’t see a way to do that. It’s from a local blogger and political guy who interviews officials at the state house. He goes by The Rooster, you can google him and see his work.
His post read:
On July 1, Leslie Wexner, aka Ohio's premier purveyor of teenage eating disorders and longtime confidant of Jeffrey Epstein, donated $5,000 to Ohio House Finance Chairman Brian Stewart (R-Ashville).
Why would Mr. Wexner do such a thing, do you think?

Clearly being an attorney doesn't mean he has an scruples nor does he care about the laws he sworw to uphold 🤬
